Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and HQK ADVERTISING - INTERIOR COMPANY LIMITED ("we") for the use of Linkmintly. If you use the service for a company, you accept them on its behalf and confirm that you are authorized to do so.

The service

Linkmintly lets you create short links on our domain or on a domain you connect, with QR codes, UTM tags, campaigns, analytics and a transparent tracking redirect for Google Ads. Every short link has a public preview page showing its current destination. Short links are for sharing; use the tracking template, not short links, as the tracking for Google Ads ads.

Who can use it

The service is for businesses, professionals and creators. You must be at least 18 and give accurate account details.

Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy, which is part of these terms. In short: no phishing, malware, scams, illegal content, spam or attempts to hide where a link goes, and no links that break the policies of the platforms where you share them, including Google Ads policies.

To protect the people who open links, we may refuse destinations and disable links, domains, tracking keys or accounts that break these rules. A disabled link shows an explanation page and is never redirected anywhere else. Report abuse to abuse@linkmintly.click.

Custom domains

You may connect only domains you own or are authorized to use, and you remain responsible for their DNS. If you remove our DNS records or let the domain lapse, links on it stop working. We may decline or disable a domain that impersonates another brand or person.

Plans and billing

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are agreed with us in writing and invoiced monthly or annually in advance; prices exclude VAT. If you go over the limits of your plan, links keep redirecting and clicks keep being counted, and we contact you to change plan before any extra charge.

Data processing

For the click data recorded for your links, you are the controller and we are your processor. This section is our data processing agreement with you, including for the purposes of Article 28 of the GDPR and Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15.

  • We process click data only to provide the service, following your documented instructions: these terms and the settings you choose in your dashboard.
  • Everyone at our company with access to the data is bound by confidentiality.
  • We apply the security measures described in our privacy policy.
  • You authorize the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy. We announce new sub-processors on that page and by email at least 30 days in advance; you may object, and if we cannot address your objection, you may close your account.
  • We help you answer requests from data subjects and, where reasonable, with impact assessments.
  • We notify you without undue delay, and where possible within 72 hours, after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your click data.
  • Click data is deleted 90 days after each click, and immediately when you delete a link, a domain or your account (backups within 14 days).

You are responsible for having a legal basis for collecting click data and for informing the people who open your links.

Suspension and termination

You can delete links, domains or your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users or the people who open links, or remains unpaid, with notice where practicable, except where immediate action is needed to stop abuse.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell account holders by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you continue to use the service after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably go to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City. Contact: contact@linkmintly.click.
